BOATING FORECAST Close to shore, southeast winds at 10 knots or less will start blowing from the southwest to west at 10 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Expect wind waves to 2 feet and a western swell of 3 to 5 feet. There will be areas of fog in the morning. Further out, variable winds at 15 knots will become northwest winds at 10 to 20 knots in the afternoon.
