Island Artwalk

The 18th annual Balboa Island Artwalk is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. along South Bayfront. As many as 90 artists will be exhibiting their work and there will be four live music stages. For more information, visit

Cancer Society

Kathryn Smith, a Costa Mesa resident, along with Betty and David Comegys — and the San Diego Padres and American Cancer Society acting as a third party — are organizing an event at Sunday's Angels-Padres game at Petco Park in San Diego to benefit the ACS. The group has reserved the top floor of the Western Metal Supply Co. building near the left-field foul pole at Petco. Israel Expo

The 2012 Israel Expo — Orange County's largest celebration of Israel, sponsored by the Jewish Federation and & Family Services — is from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Tarbut V'Torah campus, 1 Federation Way, Irvine.
