Long time Corona del Mar resident Kirk Allen Seaman passed away early Saturday morning after a short but hard fought battle with cancer. Kirk was born August 25, 1957 in Pasadena California. He was the son of Richard and Betty Allen Seaman. He lost his only brother Lance Seaman in 2007.  He grew up in Naples, California. He graduated from Wilson High School and then went on to Long Beach City College.
He was a long time Member of Long Beach Yacht Club and loved boating and sailing. Kirk also loved to golf and travel. He and his family spent much of their time in Maui, which is where his final resting place will be. Kirk moved to Corona del Mar in 1985. He loved CDM and could be seen walking along Ocean every morning, grabbing a cup of coffee at Pain du Monde, a burger & a beer at The Place or a romantic dinner at Rothschild’s or the QW. His happy go lucky spirit will be missed.

Kirk is survived by His wife Dawni and their children Shawni & Parker, son in law Bill Jackson and his three grandchildren Tate Tucker & Ella Jackson.
He was a loving man with a gentle heart that will be missed by all who knew him.  

Kirks life will be celebrated Friday January 6th, 1:00pm at the Corona del Mar Community Church.  A reception will follow at Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club.
