The senior running back thrived in the Sea Kings' no-huddle, spread offense, giving CdM a threat on the ground. Fisher rushed for 1,697 yards and 18 touchdowns, numbers that would been higher if he wasn't pulled at the end of the third quarter in six games. He saved his best performance in the CIF Southern Section Southern Division semifinals, the round in which CdM lost in two of the previous three years. Fisher amassed 304 yards and two touchdowns on 33 carries, helping CdM rout Laguna Beach, 41-14. Fisher made the All-CIF Southern Section Southern Division team and first-team All-Pacific Coast League.

Landon Gyulay
Newport Harbor
WR
The junior wide receiver made the spectacular catch look routine, grabbing balls in the air and coming down with balls while diving. Gyulay stepped in and filled the Sailors' No. 1 receiver position quite admirably after Parker Norton, last season's Dream Team Player of the Year, graduated. Gyulay produced his best outing in a nonleague game at San Clemente, a CIF Southern Section Pac-5 Division finalist. He recorded five catches for 101 yards and two touchdowns. Gyulay led the Sailors with 40 catches for 574 yards and five touchdowns. He averaged 14.3 yards per catch. Gyulay earned first-team All-Sunset League honors.
