Academic, Athletic Award Winners

School Activities/Clubs: Student senator, chaired ASOCC Town Hall meeting on the college's smoking policy, ASOCC By-Laws Committee, Student Representative to Academic Petition Council, event coordinator for ASOCC College Life Committee, secretary for OCC Amnesty International.

Community: Volunteer for the Orange County Deaf Advocacy, works part-time in retail and as an OCC tutor.

Honors: Robert B. Moore Student Leader Award, Joseph R. Kroll Outstanding Student Leader Award, OCC Honors List two semesters, OCC President's List two semesters, completed OCC Honors academic program.

College Plans: UCLA, majoring in communications with an emphasis on political science, conducting research about rhetoric and methods to increase persuasion, eventually entering law school.





School Activities/Clubs: Majoring in music ministry, Welcome Week, CCLC, 2nd Leadership Conference of Assemblies of God for Higher Education, International Student meetings, The Lewis Wilson Institute, START-Planning Church Conference, Concert Choir events, Undergraduate Student Speaker at Assemblies of God's District Council, Worship Poluza, undergraduate student commencement speaker.

Community: City Serve, Concert Choir at the Costa Mesa Bethel Towers.

Honors: Concert Choir Bass Sectional Leader; Internship at The Rock-Foursquare Church in Anaheim; International Student Advisor; Worship Leader; Worship, Sound and Media Coordinator; Barbara Kraiss Scholarship.

Future Plans: Pursue a master's degree in worship with an emphasis in conducting.



School Activities/Clubs: Majored in business administration, ASB freshman activities director and on-campus activities director, Pre-VU tour guide to perspective students, resident assistant on the transfer floor in Catalina Hall, Acting on Aids member, undergraduate admissions telecounselor, Students in Free Enterprise Success Skills project manager, executive board member on Student Government Assn. serving as vice president of administration and activities, Diversity Program art display.

Community: 2007 San Diego Fire Relief Missions Trip, 2009 Hurricane Ike Relief Missions Trip, TOMS: A Day for Awareness, City Serve (four years), Kids Day on Campus: Spend a Day with a Foster Child, Krochet Kids International: Events Specialists.
