Orozco was scheduled to face Hensley Starchan of the Bahamas. Starchan (5-8-1) has lost his last five fights.
Orozco, 23, was going to make his second appearance at Fight Club OC. The Mexican-born fighter knocked out Manuel Aguilar in the first round last month.
A boxer looking to stay perfect in the ring is welterweight Hugo Centeno of Oxnard. Centeno has won each of his fights in knockout fashion and he is expected to get past Santa Rosa’s Jovanni Rubio (7-13) in a four-round bout, even though Rubio last month upset Jason Davis.
For the first time, Fight Club OC has two women boxers in the ring. Los Angeles’ Holly Lawson is up against Coachella’s Adriana Leal. Both are inexperienced, Lawson looking for her first win since losing her debut. Leal is fighting for the first time.
Newport Harbor High graduate Steffan Lugo is back for his second pro boxing fight.
Lugo won his debut last month by knocking out another newbie, Lakewood’s J.J. Ambrose, in the third round of a middleweight fight. Lugo steps in against Stockton’s Robert Lopez (0-1).
Lionel Davis of Carson takes his 8-0 record and squares off with Ray Lopez of Detroit. The 6-foot-7 Davis, a former basketball player at the University of Idaho, has knocked out six opponents. Lopez is 3-3.
The MMA fights feature Victorville’s Seth Dikun (7-4) against Fullerton’s Tyler Weathers (7-6) at 145 pounds and San Luis Obispo’s Mike Gahan (2-0) against Mission Viejo’s Tyler Freeman (0-2) at 150 pounds.
