COSTA MESA —Chick-Fil-A and Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market are seeking permission to open new locations along Harbor Boulevard, according to the April 7 Planning Commission agenda.
The projects would be part of a new master plan for the project site on Harbor Boulevard and Gisler Avenue.
If approved, the project would include a 7,500-square-foot retail building with three tenant spaces, a 4,543-square-foot Chick-Fil-A with a drive through, a 13,969-square-foot Fresh & Easy and an exterior remodel of a 4,800-square-foot retail space containing a liquor store and a Laundromat, according to the staff report.
There are also plans to add a second drive-through lane to the already existing McDonald's, which is adjacent to the site.
