Celebrating Allan Roeder

The Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce celebrates the retirement of longtime Costa Mesa City Manager Allan Roeder at 5:30 p.m. at the Westin South Coast Plaza hotel, 686 Anton Blvd., Costa Mesa.
