Charlotte W. Moore passed away Aug. 10, 2010, after a brief illness. Charlotte was born Jan. 14, 1925, in Comanche, Okla., to Herbert E. and Vesta L. Wrinkle.
Charlotte married Donald L. Brawner in December 1949. From that union her children James, Richard and Elizabeth were born.
In June 1971, Charlotte married her soul mate and love of her life, Thomas D. Moore at the Boston Avenue Methodist Church in Tulsa, Okla. Charlotte and Tom made Laguna Beach their home and spent the rest of their lives there.
Charlotte’s career was in teaching and she taught English and home economics at the Laguna Beach High School for many years before retiring in June 1987.
Charlotte loved to travel. Tom was an engineer with Hughes Aircraft, and worked on numerous overseas assignments. Charlotte would often visit Tom while he was on these assignments, spending as much time with him as circumstances would permit.
