Letters to Mom

Sometimes we take our families for granted, assuming they will always be there no matter what happens. There is absolutely no replacement for our family. All the friends and money in the world cannot separate people joined by love. So today I stop and say thanks for everything you do for our family. I am very lucky to have not only the greatest wife, but also the best Mother on the planet for our boys.

My mom is the best mom anyone could ask for! She is my role model and is exactly who I want to be when I grow up. I am almost a teenager and I always have a sassy attitude and my mom tells me that she loves me and that I shouldn’t have this behavior. I just got moved up to advanced on my dance team and my mom screamed with joy and jumped up and down because she was so happy and excited for me! My mom is truly my support system. I love her with all my heart!

Dear Mom/Grammy: Hot chocolate with marshmallows on a rainy day, a hug after a bad day at school, a baking lesson, your favorite book read a 100 times, a kiss and a tuck-in at night. Doesn’t matter if you’re 5 or 50, if you’ve got a mom who makes you feel special and loved, you’re a lucky kid.
