Harvey
The young golden brown Chihuahua we call Harvey ran up to Sandra MacDonald’s car as she drove in her driveway. The dog stopped and then scooted away as if he expected to see someone else.
“He likes to be near and also held on my lap,” she said. “He responds to commands, but barks at my cat and is wary of strangers, but once he settles down he is fine.”
