Reality TV star Jason Wahler, from the MTV shows “The Hills” and “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County,” was arrested Fridy night on suspicion of driving under the influence in Newport Beach, police said Saturday.
Wahler, 23, of Los Angeles was driving a black 2008 Chevy Tahoe when Newport Beach police arrested him on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI at Seaward Road and East Coast Highway at 10:54 p.m. Friday, Newport Beach Sgt. Evan Sailor said.
The star was released of his own recognizance early Saturday morning and is scheduled to appear in court at Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach at a later date, Sailor said.
