Vanguard (22-2, 18-2 in conference) forced 27 turnovers and held the Lancers (12-18, 5-15) to 31.3% field-goal shooting.
Vanguard, which has won or shared the conference regular-season crown seven of the last eight seasons, finished tied with Azuza Pacific atop the standings.
The Lions are expected to earn the No. 1 seed in the conference tournament (which means home games throughout), a designation determined by a vote of the coaches.
The conference tournament semifinals are scheduled Friday, with the title game set for Monday at 7:30 p.m.

COSTA MESA — Senior Greg Scott scored 25 points in his final Golden State Athletic Conference game as the Lions completed their season Monday.
Scott was eight for 21 from the field, including three of six from three-point range.
Elvis Whitelow had 15 points for the Lions (5-21, 4-16), who finished 10th in the 11-team conference.
Cal Baptist improved to 18-12, 11-9.
