A Costa Mesa man is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday on charges that he lit a trash bin on fire Saturday night.
Alexander Julian Murolo, 19, called 911 Saturday night reporting a fire near the 2500 block of Anacapa Drive, Lt. Bryan Glass said.
When police talked to Murolo about the incident, they found debris and ash on him, Glass said. Murolo also reported three similar fires to police last year, Glass said.
