Employment law seminar set for January 21, 2010

Attorneys in the Employment Law Section at Rutan & Tucker, LLP, will help employers make sense of recent developments in employment law by hosting a free informative seminar.

The seminar will occur on Thursday, January 21, 2010, at The Westin South Coast Plaza at 686 Anton Blvd. in Costa Mesa. The seminar will include a complimentary breakfast buffet and free parking.

Registration opens at 7:30 a.m., with the presentation beginning at 8:00 a.m. and concluding at 10:00 a.m. There is no charge for the seminar.

Failure to keep up with developments in employment law coming from both the Congress and California Legislature, as well as from California and federal courts, can have dire consequences for even the most well-intentioned employers. This seminar will review the newest employment law requirements so that employers will be better informed and ready to respond effectively.
