Bad Boys post sixth win in a row: The Bad Boys posted two wins last week and have now won six straight. The team is leading the league in scoring with 45 goals in seven games, 13 goals more than the next closest team. Max Dunk and Saxon Elfend have combined for 40 of the team’s goals. Their ability to pass and finish near the goal has kept the opposition off balance all season. The Bad Boys defense led by Dayne Parsons, Hunter Riddle, Cole Rameson, Michael Sherlock and Andrew Smith has helped secure each victory with fine play. Eric Fies has made many outstanding stops in goal.
Baseball
The Costa Mesa Pony Baseball program is offering registration for the spring 2010 season on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at TeWinkle Intermediate.
The Pony Division is for players who are 13 and 14 years old. The cost is $185 per player. Registration will also take place Nov. 21 from 9 a.m to noon in front of the gym at Costa Mesa High and Dec. 5 again at TeWinkle Intermediate from 9 a.m. to noon.
