Fifty moms to be pampered with special Mother's Day brunch featuring Daddy Cakes® pancakes

Newport Beach-based Daddy Cakes will pamper Mommies this Mother’s Day at a special brunch to be held 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 9 at The District at Tustin Legacy. The retail destination is hosting a Mother’s Day contest in conjunction with Whole Foods Market and Daddy Cakes Bakery. All Orange County children ages 12 and under are invited to submit a drawing of what Mother’s Day means to them and 50 lucky winners will enjoy a private pancake brunch featuring Daddy Cakes pancakes.

Those interested must submit a drawing of what Mother’s Day means to them on an 8 ½” X 11” piece of paper with child’s name, parent’s name and phone number by Friday, May 1st. Entries may be scanned and emailed to kdaskas@vestar.com; mailed to Kimberly Daskas/Marketing Director at 2437 Park Avenue, Tustin, CA 92782; or dropped of at The District Valet (located next to Bluewater Grill Seafood Restaurant). There is no cost to enter and all winners will be notified by phone.

Daddy Cakes, which produces a line of nine flavors of pancake mixes, has grown exponentially over the past year, recently expanding their distribution in Orange County to Whole Foods Markets.
