Motor City Madness
Detroit Bar will host its eighth annual New Year’s Eve banger in conjunction with its Wednesday promotion, Busywork. The event will include DJs in each room, including Dan Sena, GMO and Clifford Liddel, and a mix of indie-electro, hip-hop and soulful house music.
There will also be slider hors d’oeuvres, party favors, a photo booth and a champagne toast at midnight.
Dan Bradley of Detroit Bar said the entrance fee will be less this year due to the economy.
“We have priced it with the recession in mind,” he said. “We expect a big turnout this year as this generation is eager to celebrate the dawning of a new era for this country.”
