Adams Elementary School will host two exciting events.

Their first big event is a PTA Jog-a-thon fundraiser.  The event is on Wednesday, October 29, on the Adams field from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Students will be walking/jogging/running to raise money for many of our Adams special PTA programs.  Upon completion of their run, students will receive gorgeous marathon medals for their efforts.  Our second is our spooky event – the Annual Halloween parade on Friday, October 31, beginning at 8:30 am on the school playground.  You are welcome to watch as students, teachers, and staff parade around the playground in their neat costumes.  Prizes will be given for a variety of costume categories.  We hope to see you at Adams’ Halloween Haunt!

California Elementary School is hosting its 5th annual Halloween Hoot from 11-4 on Saturday, October 25.  Everyone in the community is invited to attend this festival.  There will be carnival games, food, raffle prizes, music, face painting, pie eating contest, prizes and lots of fun!  Admission is free and games are 50cents.

Corona del Mar Middle/High School Academy for Arts (PAMA) is throwing a Haunted Maze that will be open to the general public on Thursday night, Oct. 30th from 7-9pm.  It's in the back parking lot at CdMHS.  Tickets are $3.00 per person.

Harbor View Elementary School Halloween Parade occurs at 8:20 flag deck on Friday, October 31.  We will also have our Halloween Book Spooktacular (aka Book Fair) all week.  On Wednesday evening, Daniel Ward will be in the MPR for a book signing!

Lincoln Elementary School will host their annual Boo Blast costume parade on October 31 at 8:30 a.m. on the playground.  Families are encouraged to attend.

Mariners Elementary School will transform the Penne Ferrell Theatre into a spooky haunted set on Monday, October 27 for the annual Halloween Boo Feast.  For the last five years the Urbaniec family (Mrs. Urbaniec is a 2nd grade teacher at Mariners) has put together a magical stage and production that of which Disney could be proud of!
