Whoever becomes the next Miss America, one thing is certain: She’ll be at the Balboa Bay Club and Resort in Newport Beach on Saturday afternoon.
All 52 candidates for the 2009 Miss America Pageant are scheduled to appear at the Bay Club for a photo opportunity from 1 to 1:30 p.m.. The public is welcome to stop by and meet the contenders, who will depart afterward for a private luncheon.
“We look forward to welcoming all of the Miss America contestants and members of their organization to our lovely resort,” Henry Schielein, the president of the Bay Club, said in a release.
