Assemblyman Chuck DeVore has announced that he will reinstate his card table office program. The program brings roving field representatives to public libraries around DeVore’s district.
The goal is to help residents with state issues who are unable to drive to DeVore’s district office locations, according to DeVore’s staffers.
“These card table district offices have proved themselves to be a great, non-intrusive way for us to reach out to the public and solicit ideas for reform, open casework, provide information and answer questions,” DeVore said in a written statement.
