Orange County health care officials warned consumers on Monday to check their freezers for potentially contaminated beef that was recalled on Sunday.
The products were recalled due to possible contamination with E. coli bacteria.
Labels of the products subject to recall bear the number "EST. 1241" inside the USDA mark of inspection or printed on the package. All of the products have a sell-by date of May 6, a freeze-by date of May 7 or a produced-on date of April 20.
