One of Burberry's biggest sales of the year is in progress at its South Coast Plaza boutique.

In accessories, find calf leather handbags and wallets (not the check print) reduced 35%. And in women's apparel, find select merchandise reduced 40%, men's apparel reduced 35%. Select shoes are on sale too.

Of course, Burberry's latest and hottest bag of the season — the glamorous Beaton — arrived, and with the savings from the sale, you can pick one up too. The baby Beaton bag starts at $1,595. CHIP & PEPPER

Chip & Pepper, a brand that's developed a hip, cult following, just arrived in Orange County. Its first West Coast boutique opened at Fashion Island in Newport Beach.

Chip & Pepper carries hot styles and celeb favorites for men, women and kids. Choose from premium denim, a new sportswear collection, kids and maternity fashions, as well as the C&P University line of T-shirts, knitwear and twills that borrow vintage and original logos from more than 75 colleges. Wear your favorite school's tee in soft cotton and vintage washes designed by Chip & Pepper.

And the summer must-haves arrived: lightweight denim, tanks, shorts and skirts.

Identical twins Chip and Pepper Foster originated the brand in Canada, so when it came time to designing their first California store, they borrowed elements from nature in Canada: genuine birch trees and wooden carvings of deer, elk and fish along with Southern California's bright pallet of clean and modern design trends.
