The Corona del Mar High boys' tennis team, the No. 4 seed, plays host to San Clemente today at 9:30 a.m. in the second round of the CIF Southern Section Division I playoffs.
The Sea Kings (15-3), who beat Dos Pueblos, 14-4, in the first round of the Division I playoffs Thursday, are led by junior No. 1 singles player Fabian Matthews.
The Sea Kings also won all nine doubles sets in the first round, thanks to solid play from the teams of Dustin Hladek and Josh Kim, Chris Damion and Parker Rhodes/Daniel Vu, and Brent Pham and Hootan Mehr.
