Jim Obermayer, vice-president of marketing for Brentwood Medical Products, is one of five business executives scheduled to speak at the event. Those who attend will hear sales and marketing strategies.

Five Crowns chef's recipe published
Five Crowns' Executive Chef Dennis Brask joined over 50 chefs from Southern California in providing recipes for a cookbook benefiting the California Restaurant Assn.'s Educational Foundation.
The cookbook, called "Chefs' Specials of California: Signature Dishes and Favorite Recipes from Celebrated Chefs and Restaurants," comes out during the association's 100th anniversary.
Brask included his recipe for potato crusted roast salmon with a three mustard sauce.
