This year's fish fry is set for the weekend of June 3 and 4 at Lions Park in Costa Mesa.

"With the help of the Costa Mesa Community Foundation, we are hoping to bring back the Fish Fry Parade, if not this year, next year," Scheafer said. "We are working at getting the fish fry back to three days so it can produce the kinds of funds for community groups that it used to."
