"Good News for your Joints," a lecture by Clinical Nutritionist

Judith Todero, will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Mother's

"Trace Gases and Global Warming," presented by Eric Saltzman,

professor of earth system science at UC Irvine, will discuss the

importance of gases to our planet and how their atmospheric "life

cycle" poses a challenge to scientists and policymakers. The event

will be held from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Arnold and Mabel Beckman

Center of the National Academies, 100 Academy Way, on the UCI campus.
