modern and relaxed hair salon. The Shanghai experience features
stylists who have trained at some of the industry's top salons,
including Frederic Fekkai and Toni and Guy. At the minimalist salon,
designed mostly in stark white, clients are treated to premier
products by Davines. Stylish cuts and color are offered, along with

Ralph Lauren just opened its first Orange County store at South
Coast Plaza. The 5,700-square-foot store features quintessentially
deluxe decor, including antique display fixtures, custom mahogany
millwork, a limestone fireplace and a sparkling crystal chandelier.
The store's interior complements Ralph Lauren's world-famous apparel
and accessories collections. Lauren's sophisticated sense of style
can be found in his lines, including the Men's Purple Label
Collection, Ralph Lauren Collection for Women, Black Label for Women,
Blue Label for Women and RLX, as well as furnishings, accessories and

OLIVE AFFAIR
Oliviers & Co., from Provence, offers an extensive assortment of
extra virgin olive oils from France, Italy, Spain, Greece and
Lebanon. It also offers Mediterranean specialty foods, such as
vinegars, herbs, spices, pastas and jams. Oliviers & Co.'s first
Orange County location just opened at Fashion Island. It's located
near Macy's. Customers can visit the tasting table, where the staff
can guide them through Oliviers & Co. products. They can also share
recipes and cooking tips.
Oliviers & Co.'s boutique offers tastes from the Mediterranean,
and it evokes the area's inherent colors and textures. Designed in
simple wood and wrought-iron, it is reminiscent of the region's
landscape, the rugged olive trees and iron olive presses found in
