Girls soccer: Girls club soccer team wins title

The Harbor Soccer Club White team defeated the Breakaways, 4-1, to

win the girls under-13 Coast Soccer League Bronze South Title.

The Harbor Soccer Club team (11-2-1) outscored opponents, 35-12, en

route to capturing the title.

Co-captains Erica Weiden and Lila Todd had solid performances

throughout the season. The defense was anchored by Phoebe Cox, Emily

Webb, Hannah Rollins, Amanda Shaw and Emily Insley.

The midfield was dominated by Jackie Clark, Stephanie DiSano, Rebecca

Turk, Chrissy Schwartz, Kara Percival, Weiden and Todd.

Amanda Laz and Ali Torres led the team in scoring. Also contributing

on offense was Robin Ibbetson. Goalkeeper Chelsea McCrae was strong in

the net.
